Distribution of bogus PhDs at the hands of Manipur Governor in Raj Bhavan

Manipur Governor La Ganesan has himself awarded bogus PhDs in Manipur Raj Bhavan, the Sprouts Special Investigating Team ( SIT ) has made this startling revelation and has also obtained the proof to substantiate its claim.

Madhu Krishna is the chancellor of the bogus “American University, USA”. He has reportedly set up 5 to 6 such bogus universities. He has also cheated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s brother Pralhad Modi by awarding him the bogus PhD.

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has also felicitated the swindler Madhu Krishna in Maharashtra Raj Bhavan. He also had a breakfast with him. Besides Madhu Krishna, his accomplice Ranbir Singh Laishram too had a discussion with Bhagat Singh Koshyari.

Both of these swindlers have collected crores of rupees with a promise that the Manipur Governor La Ganesan himself will award the PhDs with his own hands to the aspirants. This program was held in Manipur Raj Bhavan in November 2021. The Sprouts Investigating Team has obtained the photographs of this function and has also published some of them.

Madhu Krishna and his accomplice Ranbir Singh Laishram, have sold bogus PhDs to thousands of people. They have tacit support of Ulhas Munagekar, a corrupt secretary to the Maharashtra Governor.

Advocate Dilip Inkar and Human Rights Protection and Awareness President Vikas Kuchekar have demanded an inquiry by ED, ACB and General Administration department into the ill-gotten wealth worth crores of rupees amassed by this duo.
