A cheat selling thousands of bogus PhDs has break-fast with Governor

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari is not even aware of the permission given to a host of award distribution functions at Raj Bhavan by certain officers after collecting huge money from the organisers.

Several antisocial, fraudsters, goondas are felicitated at the hands of the Governor without checking their credentials. This news was published by Sprouts with proof and evidence. Besides the photographs of the functions organised in Raj Bhavan in which bogus PhDs were awarded, were published by the Sprouts earlier.

Over and above this, the startling news is that Madhu Krishnan known for awarding bogus PhDs even to illiterates across the country, after collecting huge money had come to Mumbai to meet the Governor Koshyari.

Krishnan is the whole and sole of the “ THE AMERICAN UNIVERSITY, USA ” and other fake universities involved in awarding bogus PhDs. Krishan not only had a breakfast with the Governor, but the Governor irresponsibly even felicitated Krishnan, Ranbir Singh Laishram and other members of the gang during their visit to Raj Bhavan.

The governor also held a long discussion with them. This is a serious matter. “Sachin Waze” of Raj Bhavan, Ulhas Munagekar and his group is responsible for this “infiltration” of shady characters into Raj Bhavan. As such the inquiry should be conducted against these corrupt Raj Bhavan officers, Advocate Dilip Inkar has demanded.

The Governor is the chancellor of all the universities in Maharashtra. Those involved in awarding bogus PhDs are felicitated by the Governor. The photographs of such functions are made viral on social media, which send a wrong message to the public. Taking disadvantage of this misinformation, the likes of Madhu Krishnan and his agents sell the fake PhDs for a heavy price to the PhD seekers.

Unfortunately despite this news being published in Sprouts, the guilty people are still moving freely without any action being taken against them. They float more bogus educational institutes every year and their clandestine business flourishes. In turn the celebrities like Shri Shri Ravi Shankar, Kumar Sanu, Vivek Bindra, Mandira Bedi, Aditya Narayanan, Anu Malik and Sneh Desai carry the tag of ”Doctor” to their names with fake PhDs and hoodwink the society.

Those awarding fake PhDs have now adopted a new trick. They initially forward 5 to 6 names to the “university” awarding the bogus PhDs. Then the PhDs certificates are tempered and bogus PhD certificates with forged signatures and names are distributed among those seeking the PhDs. Resultantly they save huge commissions to be paid to such fake “Universities”.

Madhu Krishnan involved in awarding fake PhDs has secured a Rs 115 crore contract. He has obtained this contract under the pretext of carrying out the work of uplift in the social and educational field in North East areas, Sprouts has learnt. He obtained this contract through the good offices of Manipur Governor L Ganeshan and Chief Minister N Biren Singh. As such the Sprouts’ Special Investigation Team has demanded a thorough probe into this irregular deal.
