The anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) recently raided the college of architecture studies run by the education mafia Lallan Ramdhar Tiwari. Four persons were arrested during the raid.
The proper investigation can lead to the arrest of even Lalan Tiwari himself. But due to political patronage, the chances of Tiwari going scot-free and this matter being ‘managed’ are more.
Tiwari manages to get himself photographed with different leaders and uses these pictures to pressurise the administration. He has photographed himself even with Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari.
Several years back Tiwari was a vegetable vendor in Santacruz. Subsequently, he left the vegetable business and settled in Mira Bhayandar. He began land grabbing and invested black money earned from that work in the education sector. He did illegal work in the educational field and became the education mafia and set up the Rahul Education Trust.
Former Congressman and now BJP leader Kripa Shankar Singh and former MLA Narendra Mehta helped him immensely from the very beginning. Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has already broken the record of handing over the awards. In the words of noted litterateur late Acharya Atre, we will not come across such a governor in the next 10 years, who has been distributing awards wholesale every day.
Koshyari has given away bogus PhDs wholesale to the people related to the underworld and the wholesale Ph.D. suppliers selling the degrees. He is certain to continue his mission even in the future, the Special Investigation Team of Sprouts is confident of this.
Koshyari is being aided in this task by his secretary Ulhas Munagekar who has been occupying that post illegally for many years. The secret behind placing an ordinary man like Munagekar in Raj Bhavan is not known.
The Education mafia Lallan Tiwari was felicitated as a “Corona Warrior” in Raj Bhavan by Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. In that function, Koshyari distributed awards to hundreds of people and obviously, Munagekar stood firmly behind him.
