Aryan Khan and his mother Shweta Khan were arrested in the Howrah porn torture case. They allegedly confined and tortured a 22-year-old woman for six months, forcing her into pornography and bar dancing. Police uncovered a production house front, Isara Entertainment, and multiple charges have been filed. NCW condemned the incident.
In a shocking development in the Howrah porn torture case, West Bengal police have arrested Aryan Khan and his mother Shweta Khan for their alleged involvement in a horrifying crime that has sparked national outrage. The Sprouts News Investigation Team (SIT) has been closely tracking the disturbing details of this case that exposes deep-rooted exploitation and criminal rackets in West Bengal.

Victim Trapped, Tortured for Six Months in Pornographic Racket
According to the Sprouts News Investigation Team (SIT), Aryan Khan lured a 22-year-old woman from Sodepur with promises of an event management job. Trusting his offer, the victim shifted to Domjur, Howrah, where she was allegedly confined in an apartment for nearly six months. Once trapped, she was physically assaulted, forced into bar dancing, and pressured to shoot pornographic videos.
When the woman refused, she was brutally tortured. Reports indicate she was beaten with iron rods, starved, and sustained multiple fractures, including broken hands, feet, and teeth. The woman’s ordeal finally came to light when she managed to escape last Friday and filed a complaint with the police after reaching her home.
Shocking Arrests Unveil Mother-Son Criminal Nexus
Acting swiftly on the victim’s complaint, Howrah police arrested 33-year-old Aryan Khan from a residence in Golf Green, Tollygunge. His mother, Shweta Khan alias Phultusi, was apprehended later the same day from a hideout in Alipore, Kolkata. Authorities also detained a minor girl from the residence of an acquaintance in Bonhooghly.
Praveen Tripathy, Commissioner of Howrah Police, confirmed to Sprouts News Investigation Team (SIT) that all three individuals named in the FIR have been arrested. Aryan Khan has been remanded to nine days in police custody, while Shweta Khan will be presented in court for further proceedings. The minor has been produced before the Juvenile Justice Board.

Isara Entertainment Production House Used as Front for Crime
During the investigation, police discovered that Shweta Khan and Aryan Khan had jointly floated a so-called production house under the name “Isara Entertainment.” According to sources quoted by Sprouts News Investigation Team (SIT), the alleged production company was used as a front for luring young women into illegal activities, including pornography and prostitution.
Neighbors have accused the duo of being influential in the area, operating under a façade of legitimacy while exploiting vulnerable women. Police believe this may not be an isolated incident and are exploring whether a larger trafficking network is involved.

Severe Criminal Charges Filed Under IPC
The mother-son duo has been booked under multiple stringent sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including:
•Attempt to murder
•Outraging the modesty of a woman
•Wrongful confinement
•Assault
•Human trafficking and exploitation
Legal experts believe the addition of such serious charges reflects the gravity of the crime, which involved extreme physical and psychological torture over an extended period.

Victim’s Mother and NCW Demand Swift Justice
The victim’s mother expressed satisfaction at the police action but insisted that justice must be served completely. “I am happy with the arrest, but I want the police to find his mother too,” she initially stated before Shweta Khan’s eventual arrest.
