Chronology of Harassment and Coercive Tactics

According to the First Information Report (FIR), the victim was subjected to persistent stalking and intense psychological pressure for several days. The accused individuals were consistently present near the victim's residence and other locations, creating an environment of constant fear and surveillance. This sustained campaign of harassment is detailed as a key factor leading to the tragic event.

The situation escalated critically on August 28, 2025. Around noon, the victim was reportedly taken to a terraced deck by four individuals. Under duress, and in the presence of these individuals, the victim was made to give a statement, an act documented under specific legal provisions.

The Suicide Note: A Testament to Mental Anguish

The most critical evidence in this case is the victim's suicide note, discovered on August 30, 2025. The note explicitly states: "Jiya Goplani, Ulhas falke, Dhananjay Bodare, Shivani Shukla, Adv.Raj Chandwani are responsible for my death." It vehemently denies any wrongdoing, asserting, "I have not done any wrong. I have not taken any money... Jiya Goplani & Ulhas falke are framing me false... [they] have mentally tortured me to reach a level to give my life."

This document serves as the primary evidence of the extreme mental torture inflicted upon the victim. The findings of the Sprouts News SIT confirm the note's authenticity and its pivotal role in establishing the motive behind the victim's actions and identifying the perpetrators.
