Aayush Shah fraud case intensifies as the television actor files a criminal complaint. He alleges a sophisticated loan scam worth ₹4.44 crore. The Mumbai Police is now investigating these serious claims.
His sister, entrepreneur Mausam Shah, jointly filed this complaint. They accuse directors of MyFledge Private Limited of systematic deception. The fraud allegedly occurred over four to five years.

MyFledge Loan Scam: Forgery and Bounced Cheques
The accused reportedly presented forged ICICI Bank statements. They also provided fabricated property documents to establish credibility. This built initial trust with the Shah siblings.
Small profits were paid initially to reinforce this trust. The loans were secured against 32 separate cheques. All these cheques have since bounced, confirming the fraud.
The total financial loss amounts to ₹4,44,48,000. Funds were taken for aviation and vocational training expansion. These business claims are now under serious investigation.

MyFledge Private Limited claimed operational centers across major Indian cities. These included Bangalore, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Deharadun, Surat , Navi Mumbai ,Bhopal Guwahati, and Mumbai. The complaint alleges these claims were entirely fabricated.
Student success stories and property assets were also misrepresented. This deception targeted both potential investors and students. The scheme exploited goodwill for financial gain.

Actor Aayush Shah stated his faith was based on legitimate-looking documents. He uncovered a systematic deception designed to exploit them. Legal action is now imperative to protect others.
Entrepreneur Mausam Shah described it as a calculated scam. It was built over years of established trust. This pattern exploits students, employees, and lenders alike.
Legal Action Proceeds Under New Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita
The case is represented by Advocate K.P. Dubey of the High Court. He defined it as a clear case of financial fraud. It was executed through deliberate deception and forgery.
Sections 316, 318, 338, and 61 of the BNS 2023 are invoked.
Investigations into their complex financial dealings continue. This case highlights rising fraud complaints within the entertainment industry. Similar incidents were recently reported by other actors.
