Raid 1

An agent of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), a prominent insurance company, had clearly started a private lending business illegally under the garb of LIC. He was running this business for more than 30 years. Besides, this agent has established a company called ‘G. P. Finance’ at Kandivali in Mumbai. He used to illegally give loans from here and recover them through strong-arm tactics (Pathani style). Not merely this, this agent used to take blank cheques, property documents, stamp paper, and other documents from the customers prior to giving the loan and then blackmail them on the basis of those.

The agent’s name is Rajendra Bamb, he is carrying out his illegal money lending in the Dhule district. The crime branch raided Bamb’s residence on Wednesday morning. Cash totaling Rs.18 crores and jewelry valued at Rs. 15 crores have been confiscated in this raid. Besides, 38 blank cheques, 104 purchase deeds, 13 transaction receipts, 33 blank stamp papers, 204 fixed deposit receipts, and Gold biscuits, silver, and foreign currency too were also found.

Bamb has been carrying on these (illegal) activities for a very long time. Prior to this, complaints against him were received, but his vested relations with the police officials, government officials, and people’s representatives ensured no action was taken against him.

Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari too Felicitated Bamb

People connected to goons, cheaters, and the underworld get an entry into Raj Bhavan. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has appointed an officer named Ulhas Mungekar to the post of secretary. Mungekar’s appointment is unlawful. Allegations of corruption have been made against him earlier too. Mungekar accepted a bribe from Rajendra Bamb and permitted him to conduct a function in Raj Bhavan. After that, Koshyari felicitated Bamb on November 7, 2021.

Photos of every function of Governor Koshyari with the press release are posted on the Governor’s website. However, the corrupt Mungegar and his cronies have taken dread of Sprouts’ Special Investigation Team. Hence, after the raid on Bamb’s residence, the photo, video, and press release of his function were immediately deleted from the Governor’s website, it is reliably learned.
