- Fake Pricing Promises: Buyers were assured that the price in the cost sheet was final, only to be asked for additional payments later. - Possession Delays: The project was delayed, yet MahaRERA granted extensions without considering the financial burden on buyers. - False Claims on Amenities: Many advertised amenities remain incomplete, even after possession.
