The enforcement action also covers Commando, Urvashi, and Sai Prasad, which operate within the jurisdiction of Andheri Police Station. Police said these establishments are among those facing a 30-day licence suspension.
Authorities have also suspended the licence of Vilas Lunch Home, which falls under the jurisdiction of Amboli Police Station, as part of the same enforcement drive targeting alleged violations by orchestra bars.
The remaining establishments include Chiranjeevi, under Dahisar Police Station, and Swagatam, under Malad Police Station. Together, these businesses complete the list of 11 orchestra bars subjected to regulatory action.
According to the police, inspections allegedly found that some bar performers were making obscene gestures and engaging in close physical interaction with customers in a manner inconsistent with licence conditions governing orchestra bar operations.
Police further alleged that several establishments had breached multiple licence conditions applicable to orchestra bars. Authorities have not publicly disclosed whether additional legal proceedings or penalties will follow the licence suspension.
