The National Investigation Agency (NIA) conducted raids on 29 locations linked to the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and took into custody Suhail Khandwani, Chhota Shakil’s relative Salim Qureshi aka Salim Fruit and others for inquiry on Monday.

Of these Suhail Khandwani was felicitated by the Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari at Raj Bhavan on November 27, 2021, This startling revelation has been made by the Special Investigation team of the Sprouts.

Ulhas Munagekar, illegally occupying the post of the Governor’s secretary, had given permission for the felicitation program. Munagekar is “Sachin Waze” of Raj Bhavan and has amassed black money worth crores of rupees by illegal means. As such the Sprouts SIT and social workers have been demanding that an immediate inquiry be held and Munagekar be dismissed immediately. However Koshyari has been shielded from him for a long time.

Koshyari is interested only in felicitation functions. Taking advantage of the situation, Munagekar does not allow important issues, people’s problems to reach up to the Governor.

He has “managed” several matters due to vested interest and has been giving permission to the corrupt, the people involved in collecting ransom and the people involved in criminal activities to enter the Raj Bhavan officially without any hindrance.

The business of awarding bogus PhDs has flourished in Raj Bhavan. Madhu Krishan, the kingpin of bogus PhDs and Munagekar are in league. That is the reason tainted Madhu Krishnan was also felicitated by Koshyari in Raj Bhavan some time back.
